1. Acceptance of Terms

In no event shall the total liability of 9aph to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to 9aph in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9aph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to provide accurate information or requested documentation;
• Suspected involvement in money laundering or criminal activity;
• Extended period of inactivity;
• At 9aph's sole discretion for business or regulatory reasons.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination. 9aph reserves the right to retain your account balance and void all pending bets or bonuses in the event of termination for cause.
